Role Overview

We seek a Consultant to support client project delivery in areas such as QMS documentation, SOP development, regulatory prep, Lean implementation, and data validation. This is a growth role for individuals seeking hands-on consulting experience in regulated environments.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in QMS creation, SOP writing, and compliance documentation
• Support workflow mapping and Lean improvement projects
• Help with audit readiness tasks, data review, and validation activities
• Conduct supplier quality reviews, labeling checks, and claims support
• Collaborate on LIMS input, lab process mapping, and team training materials

Preferred Qualifications

• 2–5 years of experience in quality, regulatory, or lab settings
• Familiarity with FDA, ISO, or GMP requirements
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Google Docs, and project tools
• Detail-oriented, organized, and eager to learn
• Strong written and interpersonal communication skills

Pay Rate (1099 Contract)

$50–$75 per hour, depending on experience and project scope.

Role Overview

We are seeking a Senior Consultant who will lead and contribute to client engagements involving QMS implementation, operational improvement, regulatory documentation, supplier quality, and technology integration. The ideal candidate has hands-on expertise combined with client-facing communication skills and project leadership experience in regulated environments.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead QMS and compliance documentation efforts for ISO, FDA, GMP, or GLP-regulated environments
• Execute Lean transformation projects and workflow optimization initiatives
• Provide support for regulatory submissions, audits, and CAPA development
• Manage workstreams involving LIMS setup, process mapping, and SOP development
• Conduct supplier assessments, labeling reviews, and claims compliance tasks
• Coach client staff and facilitate process training or quality workshops

Preferred Qualifications

• 5–10 years of experience in quality, regulatory affairs, or operations consulting
• Strong working knowledge of ISO 9001, ISO 13485, AS9100, 21 CFR 111, or ISO 17025
• Lean Six Sigma Green Belt or equivalent experience
• Demonstrated ability to lead project deliverables and work independently
• Excellent communication and client relationship-building skills

Pay Rate (1099 Contract)

$85–$120 per hour, depending on experience and project complexity.
