Having experience in Laboratory Testing Management, Operational Management, and Quality Management, he brings a holistic approach to solutions and a high level of passion for problem-solving and process improvement.
He has extensive experience in cGMP, ranging from dietary supplements and OTC drugs to medical devices, and was previously Laboratory Director at Certified Laboratories and Sr. Director of Quality at GeminiBio.

Born and raised in Fremont, California, Phillip holds a Master of Science in Chemistry with a Biological-Chemistry Concentration from California State University, Sacramento and a Bachelor of Science in Chemistry from the University of California, Merced. His CSUS thesis, Improving Chemotherapy Drug Design, is a time-dependent density functional theory study of enediyne photocyclization.
